Two piece design minimising potential leak paths. Available in all our standard grade materials ASTM A350 LF2 / A105 dual certified, ASTM A182 F316 / F316L and ASTM A182 F51. Other materials of construction are available including super alloys i.e. Hastalloy C26, Monel and Inconel 625 / 825.

Tight shut off using soft primary seating followed by metal to metal secondary sealing as standard for extra safety in fire conditions.

Long life stem packings used for extended service / field life. There are also several low emission packing options available to sevral internationally recognised standards – (test reports available to our clients). The Alco pipeline ball valve range is manufactured to the highest standards and incorporates over 25 years experience in the field of ball valve design and manufacturing techniques.

Supplied with lever operators (upto 4″ bore size max) with the option of gearbox operation or actuation for all sizes utilizing the internationally recognised, industry standard ISO5211 mounting interface.
