STAINLESS STEEL FITTINGS

37 DEGREE FLARE (JIC) MS 515 - SERIES

The most popular type of connection in North America for hydraulic applications. Working pressures up to 7700 PSI. Available in 1/8" to 2" tubing sizes. Also available in brass. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

37 DEGREE TEFLON SEAL "ULTRA FLARE"

The same basic design and applications as the standard 37 degree flare series, but offers superior resistance to vibration and better sealing reliability. Working pressures up to 9600 PSI Available in 1/8” to 2” tubing sizes in the same shapes and configurations as the standard 37 degree flare series. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

37 DEGREE FLARE SWIVEL ADAPTERS

37 Degree female swivel connections to various terminating thread styles for ease of installation and adaptation. Working pressure to 7700 PSI. Complementary to both the standard 37 degree flare and "Ultra Flare" series. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

BITE-TYPE COMPRESSION (MS 518 - SERIES)

Single Ferrule Bite-Type series excellent for higher vibration hydraulic systems as well as dynamic systems. Eliminates the necessity of flaring tubing. Must be used with heavy wall tubing. Working pressures to 6000 PSI. For tubing sizes 1/8” to 2”. Some configurations available in Monel. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

O-RING FACE SEAL (SOFT SEAL)

Available in 3 styles, SAE J1453 ( 1/4" - 1 1/2"), Nav-Sea (1/8" - 2"), and CPV (high pressure unions) (1/8" - “2"). Working pressures to 9200 PSI. Excellent connection for high pressure gaseous and fluid applications. Zero clearance system. Used in CNG/LPG fuel systems, laboratories, and ship systems as well as hydraulic systems. Superior to other fittings in high vibration applications. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

KONCENTRIC UNIONS

Used to join pipe or tubing. The metal to metal contact is reinforced by a fully confined Teflon® seal to prevent a leak proof joint and prevent galling. Very good vibration resistance. Working pressures to 10,000 PSI. Currently used in ground support missile systems, control systems for turbine generators, and conventional power plant applications. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

SOCKET WELD TUBE FITTINGS

For permanently joining tubing in fluid or gaseous applications. For use in systems subject to vibration. Pressure to 12,000 PSI. Available in tubing sizes 1/8" to 2". Heat codes are permanently stamped on fittings for traceability.

PIPE FITTINGS AND SWIVEL ADAPTERS

Tapered pipe threads are widely used in static piping and instrumentation systems. Pressures to 7200 PSI.

Swivel adapters have pressure ratings to 6000 PSI. Available in sizes from 1/8" to 2". Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.

STAINLESS STEEL HOSE ENDS

Reusable and crimp styles for SAE 100R1-AT, SAE 100R2-AT, SAE 100R5, SAE 100R9, SAE 100R12, SAE 100R14 (TFE) hose, as well as push-on and clamp on barbs for rubber and plastic tubing, and weld-on ends for metal hose. Working pressures meet the parameters of the corresponding SAE hose specifications. Heat codes are permanently stamped on all fittings for traceability.
